Construction is progressing strongly at 2 Devonport Road, a seven-storey commercial building in the heart of Tauranga. The structure has now reached level five, with the basement-level carpark already complete below.

This high-performing, future-focused development is set to bring together workplace, retail, and hospitality offerings within a single vibrant address. Designed for long-term impact and versatility, it will serve as a key commercial hub within the growing city centre.
