Great to see yesterday's Stuff article highlighting a project, we have been proud to be part of, described as a "game changer" within the multigenerational state home sector. The project - a 2000 sqm site in Red Hills, Papakura - has been earmarked to tackle overcrowding and to play its part in transforming the housing market.

Kudos to Penina Trust, DP Developments, Oyster Workshop, Paul Miller, Ali Roland, Whitney S. PJM Project Management Ltd. KR Electrical, and the WINGATES team who completed the design work for the five individual houses, documented for Building Consent submission, and provided administration of onsite building work.
