Yesterday, the Wingates team gathered for our annual Matariki Moment – a day to pause, reflect and look ahead with fresh purpose.

Honouring the spirit of Matariki, we shared stories, watched inspiring videos, and aligned on our direction for the year to come. Strategic updates included growth plans in Waikato and new sector focuses, all shaped by open team input.

We also celebrated two very special milestones: 20 years of contribution from Thomas, and 10 years from Naomi – a testament to the strength and loyalty within our team.

With a good dose of competitive fun (including a quiz), plus drinks and pizza to wrap it up, the day was full of connection and meaning.

A big thank you to our team for showing up with heart and intention – here’s to another courageous and connected year ahead.
