    The new owners of 19 Auburn Street (a run-down city fringe warehouse) approached WINGATE ARCHITECTS to transform their investment into stimulating flexible office accommodation. The creation of new glazed external circulation cores with their rooftop lightboxes has enhanced the usability of the floor plates and set the development apart from its industrial context.
