The client brief was to create a creative co-working space that would attract creative people and companies. The space needed to be able to cater to a range of company sizes and differentiate itself from the stock of office spaces currently available in the Auckland commercial market. The clients wanted to provide numerous spaces for meeting to encourage collaboration. The fitout needed to be simple, cost effective and be able to be staged to allow for improvements as the space was filled.
